Having a problem with alcohol does not mean you cant get these antioxidants as fruit and fruit juice contain them as well so you can also have them. For example you could replace wine with orange juice and a resveratrol supplement. It can be good for your health, if you do not mind having alcohol, to have a glass of wine a day.
